This patch covers extensive balance adjustments across multiple game systems: skills, spells, hero specializations, creatures, artifacts, map templates, and the matchmaking system. The expert-level subskills for “Murmuring” have been significantly reworked, and the “Summon Avatar” skill has been fully ovehauled to position it as a purely magical ability.
