Fallout 76 Hotfix Notes - April 7, 2025

Today the we deployed a hotfix update to Fallout 76 that addresses some topics that appeared after the release of the Ghoul Within update.

Fixed situations where Rad Specialist caused other perks to unequip.
The Catalyst questline no longer enters a state where it becomes incompletable.
Players no longer get stuck as a human when completing “New Pair of Genes” Ghoul questline.
Addressed an issue with Daily Ops which caused them to not rotate as expected.
