Morph and Mess quest line

Once server maintenance is complete, the third quest in the Back to the Inside Out spring season will be added to the game. The quest line will remain in the game permanently.

The quest is available only after completing the story of the South and joining any of the northern factions.

Economics

Increased base amount of Onyx on all the events and mutants;
Added guaranteed Onyx and contribution awards as a Glass in the following events:
Phantoms Camp;
The Phantom House;
Inside Out Boss.

The Glass has to be stabilized. After escaping the Inside Out the player can sell it to the Dealer.
