9/30 Hotfix

There will be an update with downtime on September 30th at 12:30am PT (7:30am UTC) that will last approximately 6 hours. In this update we are going to be addressing the following:

Reducing the time between character deletion and the ability to create a new character.
We are also making some changes to help address the server stability issues that have been experienced. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we apply these changes.

Fixed the issue of the non-interactable Amitoi Expedition Map. Amitoi can now be sent on missions.
Lucent no longer appears to need to be claimed in Storage Chest. Lucent balances are automatically updated.
