Hotfix 0.3.0.2.6971 is Live

Bug Fixes:

Fixed various crashes and improved the stability of the game by 20%.
- The scanner to start the fight with the Mysterious Stranger should now spawn normally in all instances.
- The Archives quest should no longer disappear after a save/load.
- Fixed an issue where the Sour Seed being planted wasn't counted toward quest progression.
- Various quest flow issues that were caused by autosave have been resolved.
