Fixed an issue where some players lost Road Discovery Progress with the Series 4 update (Bug 4521159).

Developers Notes: This may result in some players having slightly more Road Discovery Progress than they had before the Series 4 update.

Gameplay

Fixed an issue with Manual w/Clutch which prevented players from being able to clutch kick whilst drifting and was allowing instant-shifting using handbrake and shift buttons.
Fixed an issue where some Horizon Drifting Sessions would end abruptly after starting.
