Someone, or something, has been felling trees in Hopeforest and leaving the tree trunks littered around. No one knows why this is, but Gwen is offering bounties for woodcutters to go and clear up the mess.
Woodcutter bounties are unlocked by reaching milestone 3 Woodcutter. You can collect Woodcutter bounties from the Woodcutter bounty board in Gwen's Lumber.
There are three kinds of Woodcutter bounties:
- Chop only
- Chop and deliver to Gwen
- Clear felled trees
Shipwreck - Balancing Changes
- Each shark spear pickup now gives 3 spears instead of 1. This is so players without a spear gun can equip themselves more easily.
- We have adjusted the height of some of the existing webbing ladder spots, and we have added some new ones. This is so there are a reasonable number of webbing ladder spots for every tier of webbing ladder.
- The seascope near the entrance to the midship has been moved onto its sandbank. This is to make this seascope easier to use.
- Opportunities discovered with a seascope or telescope now pay a bonus. This is to make seascopes and telescopes more worthwhile to use.
- The sea chart has been moved to the bottom of the stern. This is to make it easier to find.
Other Balancing Changes
- Spotting thieves now awards more XP, which better reflects the time it takes.
- You should no longer find that two thieves appear so close together that the second one escapes while you are catching the first one.
- If you run far enough away from the goblins in the goblin camp, they will now stop chasing you so you can use the obelisk more easily.
- The Chef deliveries to the town walls now go to the town gates instead, so you can deliver food without getting interrupted by combat.
Quality of Life Improvements
- Player auto-routing now generally produces straighter routes.
- You can now see your current health in the armor interface.
Bug Fixes
- Fix a bug where the troughs in the water ripples were being incorrectly flattened.
Other Changes
- Market Passage has been remapped, and Judge Street widened, to accommodate the entrance to the Hammerstrike Hall world event.
- Add point lights to the potent potion stations.
- Add point lights when you drink a potion.
- Continue to improve the lighting in Hopeport.
Halloween 2026 Event End Date
The Halloween 2026 event will end with the game update on Monday 2nd November 2026, after which you will not be able to fight vampires or claim any rewards. As with previous seasonal events, we will never make these Halloween 2026 rewards available again, so now is your only chance to get them.
